Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair products that have been opened, worn, installed, or tampered with.

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@lavebeauty.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to resolve the problem.
